1. Digital Service Description
Legend Speak is a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) digital platform operated by RIDGWELL SERVICES LIMITED. The platform provides a simulated interface for users to interact with Artificial Intelligence (AI) representations of historical figures, philosophers, and leaders. This is a purely digital entertainment and educational product; no physical artifacts or real communication with deceased individuals is provided.
2. AI Limitations & Historical Disclaimer
The User acknowledges and agrees that:
- Simulation Nature: The AI "Voices" are computer-generated approximations based on historical data and do not possess actual memories, consciousness, or spirits.
- Hallucinations: The AI may generate factually incorrect historical data, anachronisms, or logically flawed responses.
- Not Research Authority: The service is for reflection and entertainment. It should not be used as a primary source for academic research, legal history, or professional consulting.
3. Payment Terms & Cardholder Disclosure
Transaction Nature: All payments for archive access are processed as one-time transactions. RIDGWELL SERVICES LIMITED does not operate a recurring subscription model for Legend Speak.
Cardholder Verification: To ensure security, all transactions are subject to 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.
Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as: LSCHARGE. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate at the time of purchase.
4. User Access Plans & Pricing
Access to the Legend Speak archive is divided into the following tiers. All prices are inclusive of applicable digital service taxes and are billed in British Pounds (£):
- Single Figure Access (£29.95): This plan entitles the user to interact with one (1) specific historical figure for a duration of one (1) month from the date of purchase.
- Full Archive Monthly Access (£35.95): This plan entitles the user to interact with all available historical figures within the Legend Speak platform for a duration of one (1) month from the date of purchase.
- Full Archive Quarterly Access (£49.95): This plan entitles the user to interact with all available historical figures within the Legend Speak platform for a duration of three (3) months from the date of purchase.
5. Access Delivery
Access to the historical simulations is delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment verification. Upon completion of the transaction, your account will be upgraded instantly to reflect your purchased tier. No physical shipping is required for this digital product.
6. Chargebacks & Refund Policy
Immediate Consumption: By purchasing access, you request immediate delivery of the digital service. You acknowledge that under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, your 14-day "cooling-off" period expires the moment digital access is granted and simulation use commences.
Chargebacks: Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension of access and may be reported to the payment processor or relevant authorities.
Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our standalone Refund Policy. To request assistance, contact help@speaktoheaven.com.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the service to generate hate speech, violent imagery, or defamatory content.
- Attempting to "jailbreak" the AI or bypass historical safety filters.
- Scraping content or using the simulations to train competing AI models.
- Using the AI to impersonate a living person or provide fraudulent professional advice.
8. Protection of Vulnerable Users
The Company recognizes that interacting with historical figures can be emotionally impactful. Users experiencing grief or mental health crises are encouraged to use the service only as a light educational tool. If you are in distress, please consult a licensed professional. We may suspend or restrict access if interactions indicate an immediate safety risk, self-harm risk, harm-to-others risk, or misuse of the service. Where appropriate, users may be directed to emergency services or qualified support providers.
9. Service Availability (Uptime)
While we strive for constant availability, the service depends on third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Periodic maintenance may be required. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by "Force Majeure" events (e.g., cloud provider failures).
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you violate our Acceptable Use Policy or provide fraudulent payment information. You may cease using the site at any time; since there are no subscriptions, no further charges will occur upon your departure.
11. Dispute Handling & Arbitration
Any dispute related to these terms shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
12. Policy Versioning
The Company reserves the right to update these terms. Each version is identified by the "Document Version" at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
